Where do you ship?

We ship across the US. International shipping is on the to-do list — Rupert is working on his passport.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number the moment your package leaves the workshop. If something's running late, we'll tell you. We don't ghost.

What's your return policy?

If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right — no drama, no hoops. Email us with your order number and a photo. 

Are these products made by you?

Yes. Chaos & Wit is a small, independent operation. Every design is original. Every product is made with intent. When you buy from us, you're buying from a real workshop run by real people (and a crow with strong opinions about fonts).

Can I order something custom?

We occasionally take custom requests, particularly for larger orders. Email us and we'll tell you what's possible. We'll be honest if it's not.

The item I want is sold out. Will it come back?

Probably. Some products are limited runs; most are ongoing. Follow us on social for restock news — it's the fastest way to know. Rupert does not have a newsletter. Yet.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently — but honestly, the products are weird enough to be the gift. We're working on packaging that feels more Chaos & Wit and less 'Amazon box.' Watch this space.
